Step-by-step password reset:
  • Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
  • Enter your registered mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX).
  • Tap "Send OTP" and the SMS will arrive immediately — the code is valid for 5 minutes.
  • Set a new password using the 6-digit OTP. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
  • Log in with your new password.
If the SMS doesn't arrive, wait 1 minute and tap "Resend." If it still doesn't come through, contact support — we'll assist you manually.

After claiming a bonus at Table Games, you need to meet a specified wagering amount before you can withdraw. This is also known as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement.

  • All bets are automatically voided.

If a match is suspended mid-game:
  • If the match resumes within 48 hours of suspension, the bet remains valid.
  • If not resolved within 48 hours, the bet is considered void and your funds will be refunded.
  • If a bet was already settled on a specific outcome (e.g. first goal), it stands as settled.
If you lose connection during a live bet, your bet status is saved on the server — log back in and check "Betting History" to see the outcome.
